Application must be accompanied with 2
non-returnable photos and full payment
by cash or cheque issued to: Fuji Ice
Palace Pte Ltd.

Prices quoted are inclusive of 5% GST. |

Membership
is non-transferable and non-refundable. |
|
Membership
is valid from date of payment. Membership
period runs continuously na d includes
any “downtime”. (for example
regular or emergency maintenance, Ice
shows, exhibition performances, private
functions, etc) |

Admission
of members to any private functions at
the rink is under the same admission condition/fee
as other function customers. |
|
Our
normal operating hours are from 10.00am
to 10.00pm; this is subject to changes
when we have bookings for functions or
ice hockeys. |
|
Members
are only allowed to enter the rink after
10.00am. |
|
Membership
must be accompanied by a signed agreement
to abide by the current rules & regulations
of the rink. |
|
All
applications are subject to approval by
the Management and may reject at its discretion. |
|
After
three violations of rules and regulations,
the management reserve the right to cancel
membership without refund and suspend
member from skating at the rink. |
|
Usage
for 1 year locker is solely for Membership
holder only. |
